How many times have you called us for an emergency overnight delivery of skin or body care products? How many times have you forgotten to order on time and have gone for a week or more without your favorite products‚ having to settle for other products that don’t suit your skin quite as well? All these dilemmas add expense (overnight delivery costs $20) and needless mental stress. In an effort to make caring for your skin and body even easier‚ we have developed this twelve month plan. By signing up you can choose the products you would like delivered and the frequency for which you would like to receive them.

How do I set up an Automated Product Refill?

Just add your desired items to your shopping bag‚ as usual. When you checkout‚ you’ll be asked if you want to set up an Automated Product Refill for each product in your bag. It’s very easy!

Am I charged for my products immediately?

You are only charged as each delivery is shipped‚ and not sooner.

Am I locked in‚ once I sign up?

No‚ not at all. Of course‚ there are some terms and conditions: When setting your Automated Product Regills‚ you must you must sign up for a minimum of four deliveries over a 12 month period (at least once every three months). Each delivery must value $50 or more. However‚ if you decide that you want to change an order because you run out of a product‚ or did not use as much as you thought‚ you will be able to adjust your order as long as your delivery still values $50 or more. You will also have the ability to change your shipping address within the continental United States.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel automated delivery at any time. If you cancel and have not yet received at least four full deliveries‚ you will be charged back for the shipping costs. The shipping charges will follow our UPS Ground rates. See shipping details for more information.

Renewal

We will automatically renew your delivery service after the 12 month term. If you do not wish to continue‚ you can just cancel automated delivery at any time.

Terms/Shipping

This offer applies to US residents only that reside in the 48 contiguous States. This does not apply to Alaskan and Hawaiian residents. If you do not live in the United States‚ we will be happy to add you to our Automated Product Refill list‚ however‚ we will need to charge you for shipping. Automated Product Refills must be over $50 to qualify for free shipping. Automated Product Refills below $50 will be charged shipping.
